Gyms in Liverpool: Peak Performance

Keeping fit and healthy is something which is very important for everyone. In Liverpool we are very lucky to have so many great places which offers us the chance to stay fit and Peak Performance is one of those. They are located on Everton Valley around a 5-10 minute drive from our Liverpool store.

 

Peak Performance caters for everyone from beginners to advanced trainers. Sessions offered are suited to your individual needs and are delivered by coaches who specialise in these areas in order to help you reach your fitness goals in a safe and fun way. 

PEAK CONDITIONING

There are a number of different ways you can train at Peak Performance. Crossfit is one of the most popular ways you can exercise and again sessions are tailored to what will work best for you, no matter the fitness level or whether you want to try it out for the first time. Hyrox training is also offered and centres on endurance training (running, rowing) and also functional exercises (sled pulls, sled pushing). This is widely considered one of the best workouts as it works most of the muscles in your body!

 

If you really want to burn off those calories though the peak conditioning classes could be for you. These classes will help you improve your muscle tone and get you lean all whilst you are having fun. It is a total body workout which will target all areas and improve your cardio fitness. If classes aren't really your thing then private workout sessions are offered.

CROSSFIT

Online training is offered if you can't make it to the gym or are living too far away. This involves a 12 week progressive programme consisting of 5 sessions per week. It is suitable for anyone who want to improve their athletic performance and a nutrition plan is also provided.
