Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day, please note the we do not dispatch orders over the weekend, so orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched Monday morning. 

DPD Next Day delivery applies to weekdays only - For example, order by 1pm Thursday to get your order on Friday. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery. If you require your order for Saturday please select the Saturday Next Day delivery option. Please note that orders are not dispatched or delivered on bank holidays.

Products marked CLICK & COLLECT ONLY are only available for click and collect to our Liverpool store. Due to the size and nature of these products we are unable to ship them with our carriers. 

*England delivery covers mainland England and excludes - Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Chanel Islands & Northern Ireland.

Products 4kg+ are not eligible for free delivery, Heavy Item Delivery option must be selected. These products are only available for shipping to mainland UK

Returning an Order

You can return an order to us within 14 days of receiving for a full refund.

We provide a DPD returns option for £4.99 which will be deducted from your total refund amount, heres how you do it.

Securely package your order and include your order confirmation which was inside your original order, then click HERE to generate your return through the DPD portal.

Once you have generated your returns label please attach it to your package and drop off at a local collection point.

Once the order is received we will process a refund which will take 3-5 working days.

Items must be unworn & all labels must still be attached to return the goods.

We don't offer exchanges on items ordered online - just refunds.

Any shipping charges are not refunded.

You have 14 days from the date you received your items to make a return. 

We do not accept returns of underwear and socks.

If items are returned and do not have their tags on or have been worn the goods will need to be collected by the customer from our warehouse. We will not be able to refund or ship them back to you

*Please note that due to the size and weight of larger items such as treadmills, cycles, ellipticals, multi gyms, strength and fitness products over click & collect. If you need to return any of these items you would need to send them back in their original packaging via your own shipping method.
