Refund policy

 

📦Returning an Order

  • Online - You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.
  • In store - Full price items - 28 days
  • In store - Sale items - 14 days  

Return Deadline: 

  • Returned items must be within their respective time window (see above) not from the date you inform us of the return. 

🚚DPD Returns (£4.99)

  • We offer a DPD returns service for £4.99, which will be deducted from your refund.

To return your order:

  1. Securely package your item(s) in a suitable outer parcel or box.
  2. Include your order confirmation that was inside your original parcel, if not, please make a note of your order number, name and reason of return. 
  3. Generate your return label through the  DPD portal returns portal HERE . 
  4. Attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at a local DPD collection point.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed. Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and unused.
  • All tags and labels must still be attached.
  • Items must be returned within their respective window (see above).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer exchanges for online orders — refunds only.

💈Returning In Store:

  • You can also return your order in person at our store and we will process your refund there. Please include proof of purchase.

🙅Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Socks
  • Water bottles

‼️Important:

If returned items are worn, damaged, or missing tags, we will be unable to issue a refund including item packaging e.g. shoe box. In these cases, the items will need to be collected by the customer from our warehouse, as we are unable to refund or return them.
