Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day, please note the we do not dispatch orders over the weekend, so orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched Monday morning.
DPD Next Day delivery applies to weekdays only - For example, order by 1pm Thursday to get your order on Friday. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery. If you require your order for Saturday please select the Saturday Next Day delivery option. Please note that orders are not dispatched or delivered on bank holidays.
Products marked CLICK & COLLECT ONLY are only available for click and collect to our Liverpool store. Due to the size and nature of these products we are unable to ship them with our carriers.

Returning an Order
You can return an order to us within 14 days of receiving for a full refund.
We provide a DPD returns option for £4.99 which will be deducted from your total refund amount, heres how you do it.
Securely package your order and include your order confirmation which was inside your original order, then click HERE to generate your return through the DPD portal.
Once you have generated your returns label please attach it to your package and drop off at a local collection point.
Once the order is received we will process a refund which will take 3-5 working days.

Items must be unworn & all labels must still be attached to return the goods.
We don't offer exchanges on items ordered online - just refunds.

EFFICIENT BACK, ARM & LEG MASSAGE
Offering a convenient deep tissue massage, the PTP Myo-X2 is specifically designed for use on the back. The recessed mid-section accommodates the spinal joints, making it ideal to roll out the muscles along both sides of the vertebral column (bilateral symmetry). The ergonomic morphology can also prove useful to simultaneously target the right and left sides of muscles, such as the biceps, triceps, hamstrings, quadriceps and calves.
HOW DOES IT WORK
Muscles tend to shorten and affect joint mobility as a result of excessive loading, repetitive strain and imbalances. By rolling and sustaining bodyweight pressure for Self-Myofascial Release (SMR), the Myo-X2 enables you to stimulate blood circulation, penetrate through the muscle layers and break up the soft tissue adhesions responsible for movement restrictions. This promotes healing and helps the muscles and joints regain their full range of motion for optimal performance and injury prevention.
