To be paired with the jacket just discussed. Again the materials that are used help you to move freely when you are doing your exercise. The tapered design follows the natural shape of your leg, removing excess bulk so there are less distractions. Spandex keeps the material light and stretchy so you can power through your day.
3. Nike Mens Metcon 8 | Armory Navy/Arctic Orange
Nikes go to model for training relies on a lighter, more breathable upper than the previous edition to compliment our standards of durability and comfort. With this you can power through your cardio, weights and whatever else you are taking on. Nike react foam makes a comfortable, cushioned base which feels lightweight and springy when you kick into high gear for cardio and sprints. The wide, flat heel gets even more stable with an inner plate that distributes weight from edge to edge and the laces lock down with a hook and loop closure to help keep them out of the way.

This jacket have been improved from previous windrunner jackets with water repellent materials and a package-able design. An added stretch helps you to move more freely through your stride and the iconic chevron doubles as a venting system for increased ventilation. 5. Nike Mens Dri-Fit Stride 7" Brief Lined Shorts | Smoke Grey/Reflective Silver
Again like a lot of this new Nike gear the shorts are very lightweight so you should be able to move in an unrestricted way. The material will help to move sweat from your skin for quicker evaporation which helps you to stay dry and comfortable. Nike have made these shorts so you can move primarily which is great for exercising! Side pockets are great for keeping your personal belongings safe.
6. Nike Mens React Pegasus Trail 4 | Black/Aura Dark Grey
Perfect if you are tackling the trail or just normal roads. The supportive and springy feel is great for helping you along on your run. Underfoot traction keeps you going over rocky terrain, while still providing a smooth ride for the road. Midfoot support is controlled by the laces, letting you find the right fit and feel. Runner-informed data was used to create and place engineered mesh throughout the upper for a sturdy, lightweight and breathable feel. We placed extra skins across the toes for durability.
